The Manchester company’s utilities notification software is designed for letting agents, social housing providers and build-to-rent landlords.
It has successfully onboarded a multitude of high-profile clients, forging partnerships with several major social housing providers including North Lanarkshire Council, West Dunbartonshire Council – one of Scotland’s largest council areas – Canterbury City Council, Caerphilly County Borough and Ipswich Council.
Helpthemove’s core mission within the housing association sector is to support those under governmental pressure to expedite moving processes and reduce home vacancies. Services include collaborating with large contractors for property maintenance, managing meters and providing debt clearance.
In addition, Helpthemove has also expanded its footprint in the build-to-rent sector by securing contracts with numerous leading organisations including Sigma Capital Group, Dandara Living, Urban Bubble, Fizzy Living, I Live Around and Heimstaden.
