N Brown has appointed Vicky Mitchell as a non-executive director.
A former COO of listed credit card issuer Capital One Europe, Mitchell is a non-executive officer and risk committee chair of motor retail company Lookers. She is also a NED at West Bromwich Building Society.
She will begin her role at N Brown with immediate effect.
Earlier this month the eCommerce retailer behind the Simply Be, Jacamo, Ambrose Wilson and JD Williams clothing brands slashed its profit forecasts for 2020.
It now expects its adjusted profit before tax to be in the range of £70-72 million, down from the previous guidance of £78-84m.
