AIM-listed ULS Technology, a provider of online B2B platforms for the UK conveyancing and financial intermediary markets, has announced the appointment of Jesper With-Fogstrup as Chief Executive Officer.
With-Fogstrup will start his role and join the Board in early 2021.
Forty six year-old With-Fogstrup brings over 20 years’ experience within digital and technology platform businesses. He joins from HSBC where he was Global Head of Digital as a Channel, prior to which he was COO of ComparetheMarket.com.
In a statement the firm said it believes With-Fogstrup’s knowledge and experience will enable it to capitalise on the early success of its digital conveyancing platform DigitalMove.
The firm’s vision is that the platform becomes an all-in-one solution for the arrangement of conveyancing, the finance necessary to complete a house purchase, obtaining the legal support needed to complete the transaction and selection of insurance, utilities and other providers of services customers need to run their home.
