A Manchester-based technology solutions provider has reported a 17.5% year-on-year increase in professional services revenue and a 46.7% rise in software sales for the first quarter of 2025.
Fast-growing firm Sync, which supports schools, NHS Trusts and public sector organisations both in Manchester and across the UK, has also secured a series of national framework appointments.
It has also made strides in sustainability, reducing single-use plastic packaging within the business by 12.24%.

“We’re proud to see such a strong start to 2025, off the back of a hugely successful 2024,” said Scott Bordoni, COO at Sync.
“Growth like this doesn’t happen by accident – it’s a reflection of our team’s expertise, our customer-first approach, and our long-term partnerships across education, health, and local government.”
“The business is scaling – but doing so in a way that remains rooted in our values: sustainable supply and inclusive access to tech.”
Based in Manchester’s city centre, the company is continuing to scale its team and impact, working with thousands of institutions across education, healthcare and government to deliver personalised tech solutions and training.
Bordoni continued: “Framework wins like these are vital. They mean we can offer simplified, compliant procurement routes to thousands of schools, academies and NHS Trusts, helping them innovate with confidence and get more from their technology investment.”
