A Manchester-based AI marketing firm is riding a wave of early success and planning another recruitment drive.

Harper says it has set out to bolster its email outreach division after acquiring more than 30 clients since launching less than a year ago.

The firm currently works with a sizeable wider team of consultants across web design, PR, paid ads, growth marketing, software engineering and AI automation.

“Within a short space of time we’ve transformed ambitions into reality. Our expansion reflects the incredible demand for innovative marketing solutions,” said co-founder Scott McNicol.

“By bolstering our email outreach team, we aim to scale the business while maintaining the personalised touch our clients value, and through this strive to connect, grow, and lead in the marketing space.”

The increased adoption of technology, especially AI, has significantly enhanced marketing and lead generation, boosting both the scope of services offered and overall productivity.

Its predictive capabilities alone allow firms to anticipate market trends and customer needs, leading to better strategies that are more proactive and accurate, and when combined with human expertise, the possibilities extend even further.

Harper says it utilises the benefits of this combination. The firm has access to a database of over 265 million contacts to generate targeted LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns, which are then followed up by a committed team.

As a result of Harper’s trailblazing approach, it has established partnerships with clients in the UK and beyond, including Europe, America and Australia.

“Harper’s success is built on the synergy of cutting-edge AI and human expertise. Growing our team represents a commitment to innovation and our belief in the potential of talented individuals to help us redefine global marketing standards,” said McNicol.

“Our recent successes and continued growth speak for themselves. Our aim moving forward is for more talented individuals to contribute to and be a part of that success. Watch this space.”
