Gloucester robotics and automation supplier CKF Systems has been the subject of a mutually agreed management buyout.
The deal,which completed on the 13th November, sees the management team buy CKF Systems Ltd from the co-owners Bryan Wheeler and Paul Swift.
Wheeler, CKF’s founder and previous Managing Director, has retired from the business.
Swift, the previous Operations Director, will continue in the business with the new owners, on the Board of Directors.
CKF have been operating for 32 years as an automation systems integrator for its customers in the manufacturing and logistics industries.
The firm specialises in installing palletising systems and has extensive experience designing and installing robotic palletiser, layer palletiser and gantry palletiser systems in food & beverage, eCommerce, automotive and pharmaceutical plants.
Its clients include McVities, Müller, Range Rover and Nestle.
