ManageEngine intends to rapidly increase its growth in the UK IT solutions market.

The tech company is the enterprise IT management division of Zoho Corporation, which opened a base in Bletchley earlier this year.

It says the UK already represents 25% of its global turnover but it believes a combination of investment, people skills and product are key to delivering further growth.

Rajesh Ganesan, president of ManageEngine, said the opportunity created by the ongoing trend of workplace automation, coupled with the demand for remote work, was the foundational support for the company’s services.

Speaking from the UserConf in London, where the company is marking its 20-year anniversary, Ganesan said: “There is an untapped opportunity in the UK, and we see it as a prime market for growth.

“Workflow automation and improved endpoint solutions are generating ongoing demand. Our platform and product suite is constantly evolving, with our customers benefiting from both new and improved capabilities all the time.

“This, in large part, contributes to our 90% customer retention level in the UK.”

ManageEngine claims that 90% of Fortune 100 organisations rely on its real-time IT management tools to ensure optimal performance of their infrastructure, including networks, servers, applications and endpoints.
