The sale applies specifically to services provided to UK-only customers. It will continue to serve global customers in the UK who have operations here.

“By selling our UK-only connectivity and IT services operations to Convergence Group, we can sharpen our focus on delivering greater value to global enterprises.
“This move enables us to accelerate our expansion into high-growth technology sectors, including IoT and AI inference services, where we see significant future opportunities. We are excited about the potential ahead as we continue to scale our capabilities and global presence.”
