SteelEye has appointed Rob Bernstein as its new Chief Financial Officer.
The London-based compliance technology and data analytics firm has moved for the former CFO at RegTek Solutions, which was acquired by Bloomberg in August 2019.
Bernstein has also served as CFO at TIM Group.
Throughout his career, Bernstein has successfully led both organic and acquisition growth strategies and debt and equity financing, executing on three trade sales of tech-enabled fast growth businesses.
“Rob has a proven track record of building successful FinTech companies and solutions, bringing invaluable experience to our financial management, strategic planning and future fundraising,” said CEO Matt Smith.
“As we enter our next phase of growth, we are delighted to have Rob on board.”
