A Liverpool development agency has won the contract to deliver the app for retailer Footasylum.

Following a competitive pitch, Together will aim to ‘kick Footasylum’s digital presence up a notch’ with an app which drives sales, engagement and loyalty.

Footasylum is an omni-channel retailer of fashion streetwear and sportswear with approximately 60 stores in the UK.

Headquartered in Rochdale and founded in 2005, it sells third-party brands including Nike, Adidas, The North Face and New Balance alongside its own brands such as Zavetti Canada, Alessandro Zavetti, Dripmade and Monterrain.

Founded in 2023 by Dave Brown and Gary Shannon, Together claims to have quickly built a reputation for creativity, strategic focus and technical expertise.

Brown previously founded app agency Apposing – where Shannon also worked – before its acquisition by Evoke Creative.

“We are thrilled to seal this relationship with Footasylum,” said Brown. “This is massive for us and they are a perfect fit for our collaborative culture.”

Shannon added: “We love the Footasylum brand and they have a great digital team. They want a great app that leads the industry and we are fully behind their ambition.”

Footasylum employs around 2,500 staff across the UK and was acquired by AURELIUS Group in August 2022.
