Darren Singer, incoming CFO, added: “I am excited to be joining LBG Media at such a pivotal point in its journey.

“The group has built a distinctive digital entertainment platform with strong audience engagement and a clear opportunity for further development.

“Over the past three decades in media, I have seen first-hand the structural shift towards digital-first formats, a trend that will continue to accelerate.

“As a business born in the digital era and operating at the forefront of entertainment, LBG Media is extremely well-placed to capitalise on this evolution. I look forward to working with the board and management team to support the next phase of the company’s journey.”
