US-based workspace platform Knotel has launched a partnership with London-based online office space platform Hubble.

The new partnership is designed to offer businesses tailored bespoke managed offices on the Hubble platform in London and Manchester.

Hubble said the partnership will allow it to list on-demand managed office spaces on their platform for the first time.

“We are delighted to be partnering with Knotel to list their London properties on the Hubble platform,” said Mark Lewarne, head of real estate and workplace strategy at Hubble.

“Hubble receives around 40,000 views per month from companies searching for office space and many of these companies are growing businesses that are expanding quickly and looking for a space to make their own.

“The Knotel service is proving attractive to our customers as it provides a one-stop-shop fit out and service solution where companies can tailor their office space without excessive upfront costs and with in-built flexibility for the future. Their central locations are also important as companies seek to attract and retain employees and be in close proximity to customers, suppliers, and local amenities.”

Hubble’s clients have included tech firms Trustpilot, Trussle, and Citymapper.

Tom Dugarin, Knotel’s UK general manager, added: “Supply and demand is growing rapidly, so getting our new locations to market quickly is critical.

“As Knotel continues to expand its London footprint, currently at approximately 265,000 square feet, it is important to work with partners like Hubble that operate at speed, have a broad client base and understand the value and impact a truly flexible workspace provider can have on businesses based in this city.”
