A data analytics agency based in Cardiff has been acquired by Croatia-headquartered Koios Consulting.
Manchester-based accounting firm Cowgills advised Yard Data on the sale of its business to the data analytics and implementation specialist.
Yard Data helps enterprise-level clients make informed marketing decisions by providing them with analytics and insights, audience profiling and data personalisation.
Koios Consulting is a specialist in the field of analytical systems implementation into the financial services industry. It has offices in Zagreb and London.
