HR software firm creates 25 jobs with £1m recruitment drive

A Manchester-based HR software firm is launching a £1 million recruitment drive to help meet international demand for its product.

BrightHR was founded and funded by two of the North West’s best-known entrepreneurs, Peter and Fred Done in 2015.

The cloud-based HR software firm claims to be the UK’s most popular HR software and support service.

It is now hiring 25 new software delivery roles over the next three months.

The newly created roles include product owners, business analysts, developers, development leads UX designers.

The firm also said it plans to strengthen its sales team to support the significant momentum in the SME market for its software.

BrightHR has over 220,000 users in the UK, Ireland and Canada with plans to open in in Australia and New Zealand.

Alastair Brown, Chief Technology Officer at BrightHR, said the investment will benefit its ambitious growth and its customers.
