CareLineLive, an all-in-one home care management software provider which featured in second spot on our HealthTech 50 ranking this year, has been accredited by NHSX.

The Sussex firm has been recognised as a trusted software provider of digital social care records on its dynamic purchasing system. The firm says the accreditation recognises its commitment to delivering high-quality and person-centred care services.

The Adult Social Care Digital Transformation Fund aims to support the government’s target of achieving digital social care records for 80% of CQC-registered providers and over 80% of people receiving care by March 2024. The availability of £8.2 million in funding is enabling social care providers to implement and evaluate digital care technology solutions like CareLineLive.

“We are thrilled to have our software accredited by NHSX,” said MD Josh Hough. “The process is extraordinarily rigorous and will have served as a wake-up call to the many home care providers who currently do not meet the required standards.

“CareLineLive’s mission is to become the first truly integrated home care management software, improving care agency efficiency, giving carers more time to care, and providing predictive safeguarding concerns for patient welfare.

“I am delighted to say that in many areas, our solution goes above and beyond the requirements of the scheme, and we look forward to introducing more agencies to the benefits of digital home care management software.”

This collaboration further underscores CareLineLive’s commitment to improving the safety and quality of health and social care by adhering to industry-leading standards.
