Gary Neville’s digital agency e3creative has appointed Victoria McNaughton in the new position of business development manager.
McNaughton joins e3creative, a joint venture of Jake Welsh and Manchester United football legend, with over 10 years of extensive experience in the creative industry.
Her background is comprised of managing high-profile clients and leading teams focused on marketing strategy development and implementation.
McNaughton’s most recent role was with Blue Chip Marketing as an account development manager.
“Having worked with e3creative on digital projects and platforms over the last three years, we achieved fantastic results across the board,” she said.
“e3creative is a company with such an aspirational work environment and the culture is on point, so I was thrilled when e3creative approached me with the position.
“The agency is thriving and going from strength to strength and I’m extremely excited to now be a part of the multi-award winning team.”
e3creative recently fought off stiff competition to redesign the website of London’s South Bank.
Managing director Welsh said: “Victoria will be growing e3’s existing client base through organic business development and outreach.
“She will also act as the first point of contact for all of our clients and based on e3creative’s continued growth across the digital sector.
“She has a very exciting opportunity ahead. And considering her extensive track record, positive attitude, top communication skills and passion for financial planning, I am fully confident she will achieve positive results for the agency.”
