A former eCommerce expert at fashion retailer Missguided has joined a growing agency as its new managing director.
Mark Leach will lead Manchester-based User Conversion to build on the agency’s record 195 per cent increase in turnover last year.
Leach, who joined Missguided in 2015, led an in-house team of experts, delivering significant increases in conversion rates for the growing fashion brand.
“I’ve watched the growth of User Conversion closely over the past few years and have been impressed with the excellent results they generate for clients,” said Leach.

Leach will work alongside founder and head of optimisation strategy David Mannheim and optimisation director Ryan Jordan to develop the agency’s understanding of user behaviour for clients including Papa John’s, Mamas and Papas and Travis Perkins.
