Focus Group, a provider of business technology solutions, has acquired mobile specialist TMAC.
The acquisition will allow the Brighton-based group to capitalise on partnership synergies with network providers, and offer TMAC customers the opportunity to tap into a comprehensive portfolio of innovative technology spanning IT, communications and cybersecurity.
The decision to invest in Ipswich-based TMAC was strongly influenced by an established relationship between the two companies and promises to bring together shared values of service excellence and innovation in the mobile space and beyond.
“TMAC brings a deep understanding of business mobile solutions and an impressive track record of service excellence,” said Keane Beaken, mobile director at Focus Group.
“Together, we’re excited to expand the service offerings available to TMAC customers and to create new opportunities for growth through our strong supplier partnerships.”
TMAC’s customers will benefit immediately from access to a broader set of products and services, leveraging Focus Group’s extensive supplier network. By combining resources, Focus Group and TMAC can streamline processes and increase the value offered to customers, providing businesses with the tools they need to compete in today’s dynamic marketplace.
“Joining the Focus Group family is a fantastic opportunity for TMAC and our clients,” said Julie Southgate, managing director at TMAC.
