Employee engagement app Perkbox makes two appointments
London-headquartered employee perks firm Perkbox has announced the appointment of two new senior hires.
Marissa White and Ed Ellis have joined the fast-growing firm as revenue operations director and organisational readiness director respectively.
Founded in 2010 and billed as ‘Europe’s fastest growing employee perks platform’, the firm uses tech to allow a client’s employees to access discounts and rewards.
White, whose previous experience in sales operations includes leadership roles at Concentra Analytics, BAE Systems and EMC will help drive scalability of sales processes and infrastructure across international teams. She will be leading the newly established Revenue Operations team from Perkbox’s HQ in London.
“I did a short engagement for Perkbox earlier this year and I came to love it so much it was hard to say no to the offer of staying. The company has expanded in 2019 in a number of exciting ways – new markets, new channels, and new product offerings,” said White.
Ellis, who has an extensive background in process improvements working in global leadership roles at EMC and Symantec, will lead the Systems Operations and Customer Experience teams across the London and Sheffield offices to ensure a great customer experience drives operational infrastructure enhancements at Perkbox.
“I’m delighted to be joining the Perkbox team to assist with the next step of scaling their internal infrastructure,” said Ellis.
“ Having worked across process improvement in a variety of areas including finance, HR and sales, I’m excited to put this expertise to use at Perkbox to help the team work as efficiently as possible together and deliver a great customer experience.”
