Outsourced communications provider Moneypenny has appointed a new head of IT services.
Mel Carlen has more than 20 years of experience in customer service and is an expert in the delivery of transformation projects that embrace technology having spent 17 years at M&S, where she had a number of different roles spanning from IT change management to heading up their contact centre commercial function.
Carlen is charged with leading the fast-growing IT team and developing the artificial intelligence-led technology that Moneypenny is pioneering.
