An agency which triumphed in the 2015 Digital Entrepreneur Awards said the ceremony was a great opportunity to network and learn from other businesses.
Edinburgh-based Digital Six is one of the UK’s longest-standing digital agencies focused on e-commerce, with more than 12 years’ experience.
They won the web development project of the year DEA for helping Athleat, an online fresh meat supplier targeting the fitness and health industry, grow its revenue 26 per cent and boost subscriptions to its Active RepBox service by 710 per cent.
Digital marketing manager Claire Vickers says: “The DEA win has resulted in a number of enquiries for e-commerce-based web projects both north and south of the border.
“It also provided an excellent opportunity to network with other nominees and winners on the night, and gain valuable insights into the vast array of projects submitted to the DEAs.”
Irish sportswear manufacturer O’Neills has almost a hundred years of experience yet has used e-commerce to move up a level in recent years.
Younger businesses The Whisky Exchange, Mubaloo and PushON have kicked on since winning at the DEAs.
The DEAs are coming to Manchester’s Palace Hotel on November 9th.
The awards champion the country’s finest digital entrepreneurs and businesses and are now in their 12th year, with a total of 17 awards up for grabs.
