Ripple gained 4% in value in the last 24 hours while Terra (LUNA) rocketed 10%.
At the time of writing (7am UK), XRP is closing on 86 cents but 12% down over seven days.
Binance Coin (BNB) also gained 4% to top $600, which leaves it 3% down on a week ago.
The LUNA token, which recently cracked the top 10 of the most valuable currencies, is at $75 and up 20% in a week.
Market leader Bitcoin (BTC) lost 2% to around $49,600, which leaves it 12% down over seven days.
Ethereum (ETH) held its value for a second consecutive 24-hour period. The world’s second most valuable token is around $4,380 and 3% down in a week.
Polkadot (DOT) dropped 2% to $28.72, leaving it 19% down over seven days.
Cardano (ADA) and Solana (SOL) both dropped slightly. ADA is at $1.38, 11% down on last Thursday morning, while SOL is at $190, down 15% in a week.
Meme coin Dogecoin (DOGE) dropped away from 18c with a 2% dip, 14% down over seven days, its Ethereum-based spinoff SHIBA INU (SHIB) dropped 1% and is 15% down on its price last Thursday morning.
Avalanche (AVAX) is above $92 following a 1% gain, which leaves it 21% down in a week.
WAX (WAXP) gained the most among the top 100 coins, up 32% to 64c and 4% higher than its price a week ago.
BitTorrent (BTT) was the biggest loser, dropping 12% – remains 13% up over seven days.
The overall market cap of the more than 15,400 coins is at $2.35 trillion, down 0.6% in the last 24 hours.
