Wilmslow-based The Citation Group, the global compliance specialist, has acquired HRdownloads, a Canadian provider of HR software.
This latest international acquisition, which follows three acquisitions in Australia and New Zealand since 2021, provides The Citation Group with a gateway into the North American market
Following the acquisition, Citation now has 2,000 staff, supporting 100,000 businesses across the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
