One of the world’s leading providers of robotic process automation (RPA) software Blue Prism has signed a deal with Ixis to provide web development support.

The Manchester-based digital agency will be responsible for all aspects of ongoing development, project management and consultancy as the company looks to revamp its existing website.

Blue Prism’s software helps employees to focus on higher-value work while autonomous multi-skilled robots perform error-free rules-based administration transactions.

Ixis will help integrate its current platform into a single sign-on system, in order to improve overall customer experience and information management.

Andrew Parker, ‎head of IT services at Blue Prism, said: “Our site is a critical aspect of our business and it is important we continue to maintain a leading-edge platform as we look to further extend our position as the world’s leading provider of RPA solutions.

“A key part of this is the development and integration of a single sign-on process in order to improve the experience for our customers.

“Ixis has a proven track record of delivering Drupal services to organisations looking to develop their digital presence using the open source platform and we look forward to working closely together.”

Mike Carter, technical director and co-founder of Ixis, added: “We are delighted to be working with Blue Prism, a respected global organisation at the forefront of automation in the workplace.

“We pride ourselves on our knowledge and understanding of our clients and the systems they use.

“Having already completed the initial phase of our work, we are very much look forward to working with the Blue Prism team over the coming months ahead.”
