Talent lifecycle management company Beamery has appointed Scott H. Roth as chief customer officer to support its next phase of growth. 

Roth led the global customer success team at Medallia, where he also played an important role in taking the business public in 2019. He has also been responsible for leading professional services teams at Oracle, Endeca and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, whilst wider experience includes leading teams in consulting and customer success. 

Roth will work with London-based Beamery’s customers to design, build and implement talent transformation initiatives that will enable them to unlock the potential in their workforce, improve the talent experience and ultimately achieve key business targets.
