Talent management platform Beamery has appointed Katie Obi as chief people officer.
Obi joins from Rizing, where she was responsible for global HR, business transformation and operational excellence across 16 countries.

Obi brings over 20 years of people management experience to Beamery in a career where she has embraced technology solutions and data science.
