Automotive tech firm Dealerweb has opened its first Northern base.

The Exeter-based firm, which runs a sales lead management system for the sector, says its office in Leeds will support sales and customer service functions across the North and Midlands.

It is Dealerweb’s first base outside its Exeter HQ.

“Leeds is a fast-growing digital hub and is home to many leading names in the automotive sector,” said Dealerweb managing director Martin Hill.

“The new Northern hub will support our ability to service customers across the UK and help our sales team operate more efficiently.”

Dealerweb’s software works to help automotive dealer groups, manufacturers and independent retailers maximise their sales performance through improved lead management and customer communication.

The company is headquartered at Exeter Science Park and it also plans to double its workforce there by creating 20 jobs across its customer service, data analysis and digital functions.
