Independent digital product agency Apadmi is to open a new technology hub in the heart of Edinburgh.
The Manchester-headquartered firm has partnered with FJR Group to create a hub which builds digital products and delivers enriching experiences for people on the move across mobile, web and digital platforms.
Edinburgh has been ranked fourth in Europe in the latest Global Financial Centres Index. Apadmi, which has created digital products for the likes of Charles Stanley, Argos FS and Chetwood Financial, says it is the ideal place to expand further north in the UK.
Apadmi’s ‘hub and spoke’ approach has seen remote and office teams able to collaborate to solve complex problems in multiple locations. The new office will offer team members a location from which to collaborate with the broader team.
“This is an exciting next step in achieving Apadmi’s growth ambitions, as we expand nationally and internationally. We are recruiting for our growing team and our new technology hub in Edinburgh is a key part of that,” said Apadmi CEO Garry Partington.
The announcement follows February’s announcement of another Apadmi tech hub opening in the Netherlands and further European locations are expected to follow later this year.
