Businesses committed to developing female talent, along with women looking to elevate their careers and ambitions, can now access Ascende, the new online learning platform from AllBright everywoman.
The launch comes as the organisation formally moves forward under its combined name, AllBright everywoman.
AllBright everywoman combines a global female community, the largest collective of women in business worldwide, with a large portfolio of events, awards and premium training programmes, strengthening its mission to empower women in business and address the gender inequality gap.
The business continues to build on this commitment, with the launch of Ascende representing an important milestone in supporting women at every stage of their professional journeys.
The digital platform already connects more than 45,000 members across 130 countries, building on the heritage of the everywomanNetwork. It offers a range of learning tools designed to support organisations and individuals, including new additions such as 1:1 AI coaching, mentoring opportunities and personalised career planning tools.
Ascende is also CPD certified, a recognised accreditation confirming its learning content meets the standards required for Continuing Professional Development, and provides 24-hour access, as well as on-demand and live classes, video courses, workbooks and a network of a global community of like-minded professionals.
Research from AllBright everywoman’s Future of Work 2026 report reveals that more than a third of women (35%) cite a lack of development or training opportunities as a barrier holding them back in the workplace[1]. For businesses, investing in the development of female talent is increasingly recognised as a key driver of growth and performance, while also helping organisations attract and retain the best employees.
Ascende supports organisations in strengthening their position as an employer of choice for women, identifying high-potential talent earlier and building a strong pipeline of future leaders.
For individuals, Ascende offers a flexible and accessible space designed to support women wherever they are in their careers, helping them gain clarity, develop new skills and build meaningful professional connections.
Sophie Catto and Nicole Goodwin, joint managing directors of AllBright everywoman, said: “Ascende represents a really exciting step for us and for the thousands of women and organisations we work with around the world.
“We know that when women are given the right support and community around them, the impact can be transformational, not only for their careers, but for the businesses and teams they are part of.
“It also feels like the right moment to formally move forward as AllBright everywoman. Bringing our two organisations together has created something incredibly powerful, combining deep expertise in developing female talent with a truly global community. We’re thrilled to continue expanding the ways we champion and support women in business.”
All existing everywomanNetwork and AllBright Academy members will be transitioned onto the new Ascende platform.
