A short-term rental management platform has acquired Sama Sama Holiday Home Rentals LLC in Dubai.

Airsorted Limited was founded in 2015 by CEO James Jenkins-Yates.

The London-headquartered company has become the world’s largest short-term rental management platform, operating in 29 cities across 14 countries.

It offers management of properties listed on Airbnb, including guest vetting, guest communication and price optimisation.

The acquisition will add more apartments and villas to Airsorted’s portfolio of managed properties, bringing it to a total of 4,000 listed globally.

“I am thrilled to have completed the sale of Sama Sama to Airsorted,” said Sama Sama’s founder, Catherine Ridley.

“I’m confident that our clients will benefit from the extraordinary service and enhanced technology their business provides, and that our unique experience and knowledge of Dubai will be put to good use by Airsorted.”

Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner acted as legal advisor to Airsorted.
