London-based AI construction tech startup Nodes and Links has raised £9.5m in Series B funding to accelerate its global mission of transforming how construction teams manage projects.

The firm uses AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, predict risks, and deliver real-time insights.

It says that this helps teams to complete projects faster, more efficiently, and sustainably.

“Construction is a backbone of modern life, but it’s plagued by inefficiencies and outdated processes,” said Greg Lawton, CEO of Nodes & Links. “Our AI flips the script, enabling teams to anticipate challenges, make smarter decisions, and deliver on time and on budget.”

Nodes & Links’ flagship platform, powered by agentic AI, integrates siloed data, automates reporting, and provides real-time insights to help teams proactively manage large-scale projects.

On a data center project with Turner & Townsend, Nodes & Links says it automated programme management tasks and delivered actionable insights in seconds, replacing processes that once took days.
