Celerity, a Manchester-based managed IT services provider backed by investor BGF, has acquired Insight 2 Value (I2V).

Based in Warwick, I2V is a specialist in intelligent automation and enterprise content management, with expertise in IBM FileNet and Cloud Pak for business automation.

The acquisition will strengthen Celerity’s capacity to provide solutions that improve customer onboarding, complaints handling, case management and regulatory compliance, connecting content seamlessly to improve service delivery and accelerate customer-facing operations.
