A workforce management supplier for the construction industry has been acquired by a Swedish counterpart.
MSite, based in Liverpool, is used by major players including Morgan Sindall and Vinci Construction.
Around 40% of the UK’s construction workforce is currently enrolled on MSite’s platform.
The sale of MSite to Infobric creates a leading European digital supplier to the construction sector. Infobric’s services are used on more than 16,000 construction projects and by more than 300,000 users.
It comes as the market for digital technology in the construction sector is growing significantly, particularly across productivity and safety.
Law firm Brabners’ corporate team in Liverpool, led by Andrew O’Mahony and including Daniel Hayhurst and Alex Thow, advised MSite shareholders on the transaction.
Neil Norman, founder and CEO of MSite, said: “MSite has trailblazed digital workforce management in the UK construction space for 20 years, but our ambitions have always been to be a global company.”
