commited, the North West’s largest privately held IT support provider, has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Anja Berg as chief financial officer.

Berg joins from technology services provider Babble and brings extensive experience in financial leadership, business growth and M&A.

The appointment comes as commited builds on a period of significant growth through acquisition and continues its ambition to become a £100m business.

With more than 2,500 customers and offices across the North West, Cumbria and West Yorkshire, commited is focused on combining the expertise of a major IT provider with the personal service and accountability of a local business.

“It’s about building a stronger business that delivers more for our customers and creates opportunities for our people.

“Anja joins us at an important point in that journey. Strong financial leadership is fundamental to delivering our ambitions, and we’re delighted to welcome her to the team.”

New CFO Anja Berg added: “commited has a clear ambition and an exciting opportunity ahead.

“I’m looking forward to working with the team, building on what’s already been achieved and helping shape the next chapter of the business, particularly drawing on my extensive experience in M&A.”

The appointment reinforces commited’s focus on investing in talent, leadership and infrastructure as it continues to grow its presence across the region.

commited was born out of Hudson Hill Consulting and has made 16 acquisitions in seven years.
