Merger and acquisition (M&A) technology advisory consultancy BML, has appointed Christel Wolthoorn as its new chief operating officer.
Wolthoorn joins the London-based firm from her role as CEO of B-Corp Xander Talent.
She will now be responsible for the implementation of strategic operations across the firm’s activities, spanning digital transformation consultancy and advisory to M&A projects.
The TEDx speaker has worked for a number of high-profile companies in key roles, including as head of strategic engagement for KPMG Digital and head of internal communication for Deloitte UK.
She is now tasked with the optimisation of processes, removal of bottlenecks, and the evolution of productivity enhancements for the company which works with business giants including Royal Mail, Visa and BUPA.
