Cardiff-based digital solutions company Seedable Studio has officially launched with £100,000 in seed funding from investor David Jones.
Jones is best-known for creating Grand Theft Auto and Stuart Little and the investment will go towards developing sustainable digital products.
The company was born out of a commitment to making technology more sustainable, inclusive, and human-centric and it says its team’s 20+ years of experience in software, app, and web development positions them to enable their changemaker clients with innovation and proprietary R&D technology.

“At Seedable Studio, we’re all about building digital solutions that push tech forward responsibly,” said Melin Edomwonyi, Seedable Studio.
“Our digital future with AI shouldn’t be just about working smarter or faster. It should be about being considerate. That means creating energy-efficient tech that is people-friendly and good for the planet.”
Jones added: “Seedable Studio started as a full-stack core team that worked well together within a larger organisation, but I saw real potential for them to thrive as an agile, independent company, with full control over their direction.
“The team is fantastic to work with, covering all the key areas needed to hit the ground running as a new studio, while maintaining 100% commitment to their first customers and projects. They take the time to truly understand a client’s culture, mission and goals, helping to solidify these foundations where any gaps are evident.
“As the digital world rapidly evolves, I believe Seedable Studio will continue to grow through innovation. Gamification, AI, platforms and culturisation are just some of the key areas shaping the future of digital products and solutions.”
