THG Ingenuity has appointed former Microsoft and Accenture figure Lucy Cooper as chief commercial officer.

THG Ingenuity is now a private company following the demerger from eCommerce giant THG PLC.

It comprises an eCommerce and fulfilment technology platform – used by brands including Matalan – and THG Studios, a creative agency providing a range of services from campaigns and content creation to videography and photography.

THG Ingenuity says Cooper will play a pivotal role in driving THG Ingenuity’s ambitious growth agenda as it embarks on its next chapter following the demerger from THG PLC.

Cooper brings over 15 years of experience in growth strategy, transformation and technology commercialisation. Having worked with leading global organisations such as Microsoft and Accenture, her expertise spans AI, digital platforms, and M&A, coupled with a strong focus on customer-centric strategies.

John Gallemore, executive president at THG Ingenuity, commented: “Lucy’s expertise and leadership across commercial strategy and technology adoption make her a perfect fit for our vision of scaling THG Ingenuity.

“We are excited to have her on board as we continue to redefine the future of digital commerce.”
