What should customers do next?

Technology

For trips already underway:

Customers who are on a package break, and who are already in resort or travelling, should refer to www.superbreak.com for further information.

If you have a future booking with LateRooms.com:

As LateRooms.com acted as an agent on behalf of your accommodation supplier, it is anticipated that your reservation is secure and your payment will be taken by the accommodation supplier either in advance (for non-refundable reservations) or at the property.

If Late Rooms Limited have not taken any payment for your booking:

It is recommended, however, that you contact your accommodation supplier directly prior to travelling to confirm.  You can find their contact details on your booking confirmation. To amend or cancel your booking you will need to contact the accommodation supplier directly.

If you have a future UK hotel-only or ticket-only booking with Super Break:

Unfortunately, all hotel-only and ticket-only bookings made via Super Break have been cancelled.   Regretfully, as your reservation was for a UK hotel-only or ticket-only, it is likely not covered by the ABTA financial protection scheme.  The joint administrators are unable to issue any refunds. Where bookings have been paid for by credit or debit card, it is recommended that you contact your card issuer.

If you booked a flight-inclusive break directly with Super Break:

Customers who made bookings for flight-inclusive breaks directly with Super Break should visit the ATOL website for more information:

www.caa.co.uk/ATOL-protection/Make-an-ATOL-claim/Latest-ATOL-holder-failures/

If you have booked a package holiday via a third party operator/ agent:

Customers who have made a package booking with a third party travel agent should be financially protected by ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents).

Further information can be found at: www.ABTA.com/SuperBreak

Super Break – Trips to Akureyri

All forthcoming trips to Akureyri, North Iceland, have been cancelled.

Further information, and details of how to claim for any payments made, can be found at www.caa.co.uk/ATOL-protection/Make-an-ATOL-claim/Latest-ATOL-holder-failures/

Gift Vouchers:

Should you be in possession of a Super Break gift voucher please note that these are no longer valid and will not be accepted. Where vouchers have been paid for by credit or debit card, customers are advised to contact their card issuer.
