A Manchester-based PropTech company has appointed a new marketing lead to scale up its operations across the UK.
Symple, a free online property compliance platform that streamlines portfolio management for landlords and property agencies, has welcomed Katie O’Brien as its marketing manager.
The appointment will see O’Brien support the company’s ambitious growth plans, which include expanding its suite of digital services.
O’Brien will be responsible for delivering strategic initiatives that enhance brand awareness and drive market presence for the tech firm, as well as overseeing all brand communications.
She will also play an instrumental role in launching the property compliance platform’s new products and services to key audiences, helping to better serve the BTL market.
Boasting more than a decade of marketing experience, including nine years in the property industry, O’Brien has a proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS products within PropTech and other industries. She has extensive experience in bringing innovative software to the market and supporting companies through the scale-up and exit phases.
Symple, part of the wider Kinsbury Group, is on a mission to become the ‘Amazon of property compliance services’. It aims to provide a one-stop-shop platform for landlords and property agencies, simplifying the management of legislative requirements.
The platform connects users with nearly 2,000 vetted, pre-approved local service providers, ensuring jobs are completed by trusted professionals. This approach simplifies property management and bolsters local economies by providing work for local tradespeople.
