A leading SaaS technology company has signed a new five-year contract with Waitrose.

Eagle Eye will use its technology to create a real-time connection with the supermarket’s customers through digital promotion and loyalty services.

Founded by our CTO Steve Rothwell in 2003, the company offers rewards for customer and staff loyalty.

The Surrey-based company has already secured customers including John Lewis, Asda, J Greggs, JD Sports, Marks & Spencer, Pizza Express and Tesco.

Waitrose will use Eagle Eye’s AIR platform to improve their digital marketing proposition.

“We are delighted to have won this contract with Waitrose & Partners following on from the work we have done with myJL for John Lewis and look forward to deploying our Eagle Eye AIR platform across their network of stores to drive value through personalised promotions and rewards,” said Tim Mason, CEO of Eagle Eye.

This contract signing extends Eagle Eye’s existing relationship with John Lewis that was first announced in 2017, enabling the platform to connect to all customers across the group.
