The British LGBT Awards has announced the official corporate shortlist for its 2025 awards, set to take place on Friday 20th June 2025 during Pride Month in London.
The shortlist shines a light on those who champion inclusion and equality in the workplace, and who have made a tangible difference in advancing LGBTQ+ representation and inclusivity.
Business leaders and corporations from the UK and globally, including HSBC, OVO Energy, Google, Burberry, Channel 4 and Legal & General have made the cut.
The awards include: Champion Ally, Diversity Trailblazer, Future Leader, Inclusive Campaigner, Inclusive Company, Inspirational Leader, Network Group (founded after 2015) and Network Group (founded before or during 2015).
Many tech companies and entrepreneurs are highlighted as nominees for the awards, showcasing the positive influence they are having on the sector.
“It’s incredible to see such a strong and diverse shortlist this year. The British LGBT Awards continue to highlight those committed to a more inclusive and supportive workplace for LGBTQ+ employees,” said Sarah Garrett MBE, founder of the British LGBT Awards.
