Tandem Bank has announced it has been awarded the ‘Best Neo Bank UK 2019’ accolade by CFI.co.
The digital bank has been recognised as an example of best practice in the industry at the forefront of the digital banking revolution.
Judges were impressed with the bank’s international recognition and its customer focused ethos.
Each year, CFI.co seeks out organisations that contribute significantly to the convergence of economies and add value for all stakeholders.
CFI.co’s Awards Programme used judges from international banking and FinTech experts, who highlighted the digital challenger bank’s use of new technologies to enhance and maximise customer satisfaction.
The judges said: “Tandem differentiates itself from other banks in the way its people always consider how well a new initiative will work for the customer and how it helps to solve real money problems.”
Tandem has also been praised for the rapid growth it has enjoyed since it launched its first product a year ago, as well as its forward thinking attitude. Now the bank looks to expand across both Europe and Asia.
