Former boss at SysGroup Adam Binks has been appointed CEO at Syrenis, a consent and preference management specialist.

Binks became the youngest chief executive on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market at SysGroup, which was formerly based in Liverpool and is now headquartered in Manchester. Under his leadership, SysGroup completed multiple strategic acquisitions.

Syrenis, headquartered at Sci-Tech Daresbury, empowers some of the most recognised and innovative global brands, which include FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 names, with its consent and preference management solution. 

The MarTech is behind SaaS platform Cassie, which enables businesses to harness their customer data and use it as a foundation to transform customer experience, increase sales and add ancillary revenue streams.

Syreni launched Cassie in 2018 and now manages over 1.2bn customer records.

Binks replaces Glenn Jackson, who is retiring after six years in the role.
