Flexible workspace operator Spacemade has announced its next location, Studio Y, launching at Notting Dale campus in Notting Hill.
The flexible workspace and event lounge will open in June 2025.
Studio Y is said to offer workspaces designed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized fashion businesses, as well as fashion-related industries such as beauty, photography, PR, design and content creation.
Located within walking distance from Westfield at White City, Spacemade will be operating an entire floor of over 19,000 sq ft for the landlord.
Notting Dale campus is home to brands including Monsoon Accessorize, Dune London, Stella McCartney and Phoebe Philo.
Studio Y’s solutions and facilities will include private offices, coworking memberships, meeting rooms, as well as a flexible screening room and event space.

Members will receive hospitality-led service and a bespoke events program, curated and delivered by a dedicated community management team.
