“Traumatic. That single word captures the devastating impact of Sam Wall’s actions on my life and my family.
For four + years, her relentless campaign of lies, harassment and character assassination has dominated every corner of our existence, mentally, emotionally, financially, and digitally.
This all began in 2019, at one of my events in room with around 200 people in attendance, she was introduced to me, we’ve spoke for less than a minute, she asked for a selfie.
As a motivational speaker and business owner, my reputation is my livelihood.
I spent decades building a career from nothing, establishing a nationwide business network in the UK, writing books and inspiring thousands.
But Sam’s fabricated accusations, calling me a convicted violent offender, fraud, stalker, have tarnished my name, eroded trust and devastated my family’s sense of security.
At first, her claims seemed absurd, but she used her expertise as a social media marketer to amplify these lies, creating an undeniable tidal wave of harm and generated an almost a fanatical online fanbase who would tune in for the latest (made up) developments.
Anyone searching online for me, would also find her posts, accusations and attacks.
Despite following all the advice from Suzy Lamplugh Trust and the police, reporting and blocking her, I’d often wake to 10+ well-meaning messages from people asking: “Have I seen what’s been written about me?”
I’d politely have to respond to each of them, whilst the police investigation was underway there was nothing, I could do to defend myself.
It was absolutely all consuming, reporting to platforms and hiring solicitors, only escalated her harassment.
My attempts to seek legal recourse were mocked, my legal letters posted and shared online by Sam, to encourage further humiliation and titillation from the ever-growing crowd.
Lost clients
The consequences have been profound. Sleep broken. Speaking engagements cancelled. Clients lost. Revenue gone.
One UK-wide business event withdrew my headline slot due to her posts.
My private ‘safe space’ – an online club of around 200 business members I coached and mentored, a space I’d nurtured for years – collapsed overnight after she convinced someone to infiltrate it, immediately posting the private contents into public domain, which meant members felt (understandably) they had lost (as had I) our safe space, Iosing thousands+ a month in memberships also.
68,000 real-life business networking meetings later, and because of the perfect storm of the pandemic along with my daily focus being dominated to dealing with her attacks and the splash damage associated with it.
After 16 years, I was ultimately forced to place my primary business into insolvency, a devasting decision, made even worse, as she publicly promoted and shared the Companies House records of this decision, along with more sneering, gloating that I was fraud and failure, more harassment.
Her intentional actions, have damaged my career and invaded every aspect of my personal life.
Forged documents
She even forged an official police document, claiming that she had a Stalking Protection Order against me, once again ‘speaking out’ amplifying and sharing it online.
Further seeding and spreading ‘dog whistle’ doubt and suspicion within the business community.
I came home one day to find my wife in tears, shattered by yet another malicious post.
My son, trying to focus on his exams, asked if I was going to prison.
The stress, sleepless nights, dread have pushed me to one of the darkest periods of my life. I felt helpless. Nobody could really understand the severity of what I was dealing with. I could do no more to make this all stop.
So, for the first time in decades, I finally went to the doctors who prescribed me a course of antidepressants.
As someone who inspires others for a living, it became really difficult to keep a brave and positive face on.
I had to withdraw from promoting events on the run up to avoid her targeting harassment towards anyone I was associated with, including clients or their audiences, yet more financial strain.
Sam Wall’s obsession knows no bounds. One example of this is a single online article on LinkedIn about me and other victims contains over 21,000 words. This would take 12 hours (no breaks) for someone with an average typing speed.
Not normal
This is not normal.
She also reposted content to circumvent her previous bail warnings even inventing that I have a twin brother (I don’t) to explain my supposed continued presence online or at events, while allegedly ‘imprisoned’.
Her fixation leaves me dreading what baseless claim she’ll fabricate next or how far she might go.
Sam continued to play the victim, claiming she’s being punished for ‘speaking out’.
She did so despite the explicit bail terms issued by the previous trial judge in November 2024, which stated that she was to make no direct or indirect mention of either myself or Naomi Timperley.
The judge shared the strict bail conditions with Sam twice. “Are you clear on what this means Miss Wall?”
She confirmed her understanding, yet the attached copy of post January 17th, 2025) is a clear and blatant breach of those conditions. Four years on and I’m still being targeted

This post refers to the legal system being corrupt and continues to perpetuate the lies against me, a clear breach of her bail conditions, she also goes on to mention the sentencing ‘in a couple of days’.
Her disregard for these instructions, refusal to accept a caution, multiple arrests, rebreaking of numerous bails and on her first bail waiting till the 30 days conditions had expired before restarting her campaign of harassment within hours, further highlights her refusal to accept any kind of responsibility or unwilling to abide by any enforced legal restrictions.
This is not normal.
Zero remorse
She has shown zero remorse or any acceptance of the damage she’s inflicted, instead continuing to sow seeds for further harm by presenting herself as the aggrieved party.
She portrays her actions as being punished for ‘speaking out’ while continuing to defy legal rulings and continue to cause untold damage to all the victims.
This is not normal.
I believe she will leave this courtroom carrying what she sees as a badge of honour, one that she’ll proudly wear, claiming: ‘I was charged/jailed for speaking out against my stalkers.’
Without decisive action, a judgment, her abuse will absolutely continue.
Tech firms must do more
The social media companies, have failed, in refusing to act in anyway meaningful way or to remove the posts.
‘They don’t breach T&Cs’ … In light of our case, you have to ask what does and at what point does systematic campaign of abuse breach T&Cs?
Social media companies need to do better and maybe if they had, we wouldn’t all be where we all are today.
Recently, as we know, people have been jailed for significant time for a handful of posts.
A message needs to be sent. This is not acceptable in modern society.
I request your honour, please:
- Impose a lifetime restraining/ ban on her mentioning our names directly or indirectly, order. Sentencing Act 2020 section 360. The practicality of her deleting the many thousands of posts that are still live and searchable across multiple social platforms is clearly not feasible. But if she were to delete all her accounts (NOT deactivate, which could then be reactivated with a few clicks), this could easily be done within minutes, in a timely basis.
- Use what powers the court has to insist she deletes all her social media accounts. Or maybe a lifetime bans on her from using any social media platforms.
Please make today the day this relentless, four+ years of unending mental torture stop and prevent further individuals from suffering from her actions.
Unless you intervene now, all we, as her victims believe we will gain, is a fleeting moment of peace before we believe the cycle of prolific, malicious abuse begins again.
I feel I’ve run out of options. It really is time for all this to come to an end.”
