Fast-growth fulfilment technology provider Huboo has appointed Ben Shipway as its new chief product and technology officer amid plans for further global expansion.
Huboo, which featured on our recent RetailTech 50 ranking, is set to move into a host of key territories in 2022, capitalising on recent milestone growth across the Netherlands, Spain, Germany and the UK.
It says Shipway will be instrumental in achieving this with his 20 years’ worth of experience in building and running successful global software products across many industry sectors.
Shipway will report to Huboo CEO and co-founder Martin Bysh as he takes his place on the C-suite team, while being based at the company’s Bristol headquarters.

He has built and led high-performing product teams, as well as growing and scaling globally-distributed tech organisations in sectors including parcels and logistics, eCommerce, marketplaces, payments, financial services and insurance.
Shipway joins Huboo during a period of rapid business growth. The scaleup has secured over £100 million of investment since its launch in 2017. The business also increased its headcount by 341 employees in just 12 months.
