Corporate digital identity provider Encompass Corporation has appointed Alex Ford to the position of chief revenue officer alongside her current position as president of North America.
Joining the London-headquartered company in 2012, Ford has held executive responsibility for several business functions, including overseeing the launch and expansion of Encompass Corporation’s UK and North American operations and building strategic relationships with industry groups in these regions.
She says she is ready to build relationships with its key banking clients and partners across the world.
“I am thrilled to take on the new role as CRO and utilise my experience with our clients, colleagues and industry partners across the globe,” she said.
“It’s a privilege to partner with banks and leading financial institutions as they leverage CDI to stay ahead and modernise their operations and customer experience.”
Ford, based in New York, serves on the board of The RegTech Association. She was personally placed on the Innovate Finance Women in FinTech Powerlist in 2023.
