PE-backed digital healthcare services partner Redmoor Health has announced the strategic acquisition of The Well Led Practice.
The company was founded by renowned GP and leadership expert Dr Clare Sieber and the acquisition strengthens Redmoor’s comprehensive support services for GP practices, primary care networks (PCNs), and integrated care boards (ICBs).
The Well Led Practice’s offerings include digital diagnostic tools, evidence-based guidance, and tailored workshops.
The two organisations will enable GP practices and PCNs to achieve transformational change by leveraging technology to improve sustainability, resilience and efficiency while fostering better outcomes and enhancing staff well-being and retention.
Sieber, who also takes up the role as Redmoor’s chief medical officer, said: “I’m delighted to join forces with Redmoor Health. This partnership will amplify our impact and ensure that GP practices, PCNs, and ICBs have access to the tools and support they need to navigate the complexities of modern primary care.
“Our shared mission to improve patient outcomes and enhance team dynamics makes this an exciting and natural fit.
“I look forward to working with the talented team at Redmoor to continue delivering exceptional support to our clients.”
Matt Murphy, CEO of Redmoor Health, added: “This is an exciting development for Redmoor Health as we continue to evolve and expand our services in response to the changing needs of the NHS.
“By combining our digital transformation expertise with The Well Led Practice’s leadership and workforce development tools, we are empowering primary care teams to drive meaningful, lasting change.
“Dr Clare Sieber has built a business that complements our vision of integrating leadership with innovation to create thriving healthcare environments.”
Chorley-based Redmoor Health was founded in 2017 by Marc Schmid and his wife Alison and has become a trusted partner of the NHS for all things digital technology.
Marc Schmid said: “We’re thrilled to welcome The Well Led Practice into the Redmoor family. Clare’s expertise and innovative approach to leadership development are well-respected across the sector, and her tools and workshops are already making a positive impact on practices and PCNs.
“Together, we’ll provide seamless, integrated support that meets the diverse needs of the primary care workforce.”
