Radar Healthcare announces new board chairman

Health and social care focussed software firm Radar Healthcare has appointed Stephen Wilcock as its new Board Chairman.

Wilcock, who joined this month, brings board-level experience with a focus on business transformation and growth.

Having spent 21 years at leading healthcare software and solutions organisation EMIS Group, Wilcock has leadership experience with the latter half of this tenure spent as Managing Director of Egton and EMIS Health.

Commenting on his new post, he said: “My attraction to Radar is its fresh approach, a dynamic management team and a product focused on user experience that meets a clear market need.

“Through my appointment, I hope to bring my business innovation and transformation knowledge to the role to support the alignment of Radar’s technology offering with the challenges and priorities of the NHS and wider health ecosystem.”

Alongside his new chairmanship, Wilcock will continue in his current role as Chief Operating Officer at C7 Health, which provides services to the NHS together with electronic referral, scheduling and workflow management software.

Stephen succeeds Stuart Fletcher who has held the position of Chairman since October 2017. Fletcher will continue to serve on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
