Purplebricks has announced its continued US expansion with launches in Las Vegas and Phoenix.
The online estate agency has already expanded into a number of locations since it officially launched its US business last year.
The AIM-listed group, which is headquartered in Solihull, has appointed local real estate professional Marcus Fleming to the post of regional director. With a decade of experience in the local real estate market, Fleming will oversee operations in Las Vegas and Phoenix.
“The Purplebricks model has continued to achieve great results on both coasts by providing excellent service and saving home sellers in California, Connecticut, New Jersey and New York thousands of dollars,” said CEO Michael Bruce.
“We see tremendous opportunity in Las Vegas and Phoenix, as both markets have ideal demographics comprised of consumers eager to buy and sell homes while saving money.”
This news comes on the back of several Purplebricks launches in the US over the last nine months.
In September 2017, the Company announced its initial US launch into Los Angeles, with subsequent roll-outs into San Diego, Sacramento, Fresno and the NY DMA following in January 2018.
